  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Timelines

  • Major Cities: Delivery within 1–3 business days.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery within 3–5 business days.
  • Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier delays.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over PKR 2,000.
  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of PKR 200 applies to orders below PKR 2,000.

🔄 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email and WhatsApp number. You can track your order through the respective courier's website.

⚠️ Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. For re-delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Damaged: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Lost: Notify us if you haven't received your order within the expected delivery timeframe.

We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue promptly.

We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • Military addresses
