β Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product if:
- It is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
- It is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags
- You initiate the return request within 7 days of delivery
β Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items purchased on sale/discount (unless damaged)
- Personal items like undergarments or cosmetics
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
π Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only in the following cases:
- Wrong size delivered
- Product received is damaged or defective
To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Refunds are issued only if:
- A product is out of stock after payment
- The return request is approved and a refund is necessary (e.g., item not replaceable)
Refunds are processed within 5β7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refund Mode:
- If paid via credit/debit card β refund to card
- If paid via bank transfer/JazzCash/EasyPaisa β refund to the original account

- Return shipping cost is the customerβs responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service.
